You will be provided with an overview of how the program will help you, including:
• A proposed fitness plan tailored to your level and goals.
• Recommendations for mindset shifts and habit changes.
• Strategies for personal growth, such as time management, goal tracking, or overcoming challenges.
Discussion of Training Options
• Explaining the available fitness packages, pricing, and expectations.
Action Plan
• You’ll leave the session with a basic action step, such as tracking your current habits or starting a simple workout routine.
Virtual consultations are complimentary; however, a $10 fee is required to secure your appointment and help prevent cancellations and no-shows. This fee is deductible from any fitness program or service you choose after your consultation.
