Description

Initial Virtual Meeting Entails • Assessing your goals, fitness level, current challenges, and potential strategies for personal and physical development. • Discussing your personal and professional aspirations, as well as fitness and health-related goals. • Lifestyle Evaluation: Understanding your daily habits, routines, and stressors. • Mindset & Motivation: Exploring your mindset and identifying limiting beliefs.  ​ Customized Strategy Development You will be provided with an overview of how the program will help you, including: • A proposed fitness plan tailored to your level and goals. • Recommendations for mindset shifts and habit changes. • Strategies for personal growth, such as time management, goal tracking, or overcoming challenges. Discussion of Training Options • Explaining the available fitness packages, pricing, and expectations. ​ ​ ​ Action Plan • You’ll leave the session with a basic action step, such as tracking your current habits or starting a simple workout routine.​​​​ ​ ​ Virtual consultations are complimentary; however, a $10 fee is required to secure your appointment and help prevent cancellations and no-shows. This fee is deductible from any fitness program or service you choose after your consultation.
